How to Process a Return on Amazon

Unfortunately, if you purchased on Amazon, Amazon considers you to be their customer. You'll need to process your return through their system. Here's how:

1. Go to your Amazon orders page.
2. Each order will be in a box. Scroll down to the order you want to return.
3. Click the Return items button on the right side.
4. Click the checkmark next to Natural Pain Cream.
5. On the right-side of the products you want to return, select a reason for return from the drop-down menu.
6. Briefly explain that it did not relieve you pain per the guarantee. This box will appear once you select a reason for return.

Follow the instructions that Amazon provides from there to complete your return.
