How to Refund a Purchase Made in a Store or Doctor's Office

In order for us to prevent fraud —unfortunately, there are a lot of shady folks out there—we'll need proof of your purchase. Here's how we can do that.

Option 1: Return by Mail

To receive a full refund, mail your tube(s) and the original sales receipt to the address below.

Make sure to include your full name and return address for us to create a refund check.

You will receive a refund check in the mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. When mailing your return, we recommend getting a tracking number from the US Postal Service.
