Your New Recovery Ritual

We have been formulating products to reduce soreness, improve blood flow and target inflammation in our family pharmacy for over 30 years. These 3 simple steps will improve your results and jump start your recovery.

Clean

When possible, wash the area with warm water, leaving skin slightly damp - or use immediately after a post-training shower.

Apply

Massage into sore & exercised areas until fully absorbed. A little goes a long way, so use just enough product to cover the area.

Repeat

Repeat daily and use up to 4x per day on chronically sore or painful areas. Plus, it doubles as a moisturizing lotion.

How Much Lotion Should You Use

You want to use enough Sport Recovery Lotion to cover the entire area, but a little goes a long way. We recomend about a dime size for a small area (like your hand), a nickel size for a medium area (like your knees), or a quarter size for a large area (like your back or legs).

It is more beneficial to apply less product, more often than it is to apply a lot all at once.
