When possible, wash the area with warm water, leaving skin slightly damp - or use immediately after a hot shower.
Massage into painful areas until fully absorbed. A little goes a long way, so use just enough product to cover the area.
Repeat up to 3-4 times per day for the first week, reducing frequency as pain lessons.
You want to use enough Natural Pain Cream to cover the entire area, but a little goes a long way. We recomend about a dime size for a small area (like your hand), a nickel size for a medium area (like your knees), or a quarter size for a large area (like your back).
It is more beneficial to apply less product consistently than it is to apply a lot all at once.
